如何練出肌肉線條而不增太胖? - 健身

我一直想要練出肌肉線條
不用很深,但看得出來的線條
目前每天就做簡單的兩樣動作
伏地挺身 跟 滾輪
伏地挺身 50~100下
滾輪 剛開始做,每天7下
飲食方面各方面均衡量也不多
肉類會稍多一點
油炸物非常少吃
平時吃東西都會用熱水過油
就是浸一下把油洗去再吃
因為有在擊劍的關係
加上穿衣服偏向日風,衣服版型多為日版
所以身材不能變胖太多
目前最想練出分明的腹肌
和解決稍凸的腹部
請問有什麼建議呢?
