我是女生,今年22歲
身高體重是158/45
這個比例聽起來好像只是偏瘦了點
但其實我本身骨架大骨頭重
所以身上的肉其實跟體重不成比例
而且我從小又都是校隊選手
身上僅存的那一點肉幾乎都是肌肉
肌肉又因密度的關係比一般重一點
所以我要強調的是 我真的很瘦很瘦 = =+
我需要健康的增重方法 希望肉跟脂肪都可以長
爬文過但是大家都說運動+重訓+少量多餐
基本上我都符合呀 但是都還是胖不了
我的腸胃的確是有差一點
請教經驗豐富各位有沒有其他方法可以幫忙我 >"<
