本人最近愛上游泳和跑步
游泳: 4000m,使用 1.75 hr,加上前後的準備工作,我覺得很花時間
游完後很累很餓,但不會氣喘
跑步: 4000m,沒有實際算時間,我想大概20min~30min,一定比游泳省時間
加上前後的準備工作,耗用的時間還可以接受
跑的時侯很辛苦很氣喘,但跑完後很快就恢復了,也不會很餓
本人有刻意做無氧運動鍛鍊手臂,手臂算是有肌肉,
游泳時也是以手作為主要動力來源;但我沒刻意鍛鍊腿,腿都是又粗又軟
我想問:
1. 有氧運動是否不會局部減體脂的 ?
( 即使運動主要集中在某部位,全身的脂肪也同時在消耗 )
2. 游4000m不氣喘 和 跑4000m很氣喘
哪一種比較有鍛鍊效果,有氧運動能鍛鍊肌肉嗎 ?
3. 哪一種比較能消去脂肪 ?
