看到版上眾多心得後有點心動
加上我們這的健身房很小 都要搶機器
所以就想說來試試看
先介紹我的運動習慣:
我是女生 平常大概一週運動3~4天 持續半年了
一次一小時(不包括暖身 暖身大概10分鐘)
快走 + 跑步大概 7~8 km (脊椎受過傷 跑太快太多隔天會腰很痛)
心跳除了前後十分鐘外都有150~160+
運動完都會濕掉全身衣服 感覺很暢快 ^^

再來是我的心得: 鄭多燕第一代的第一片不太適合有運動習慣的人 Orz
除了手腳有一點點酸以外 幾乎沒流什麼汗
心跳有沒有130我都不確定 囧 (忘記戴心跳表)
感覺強度實在太低了 囧
害我覺得早知道就乖乖去用跑步機 /_\"
所以可能之後這一片只會在我體力不好(像是生理期)時拿來用
以後還是乖乖跑步+快走好了....
我喜歡運動完滿身汗的感覺 而不是連領口都不太濕 囧
有點失望阿..... Orz
(題外話: 最近訂了Jillian的dvd 拿到後再來試試看 希望強度夠...)
