三餐內容
早餐:1.烤鮮蔬吐司(裡面有小黃瓜片+高麗菜絲+苜蓿芽+牛番茄)+無糖豆漿
2.7-11御飯糰+無糖豆漿
3.饅頭夾蛋+無糖豆漿或小杯紅茶
午餐:1.自助餐三樣菜+一樣非油炸主菜白飯一碗
2.蛋炒飯
3.蒜泥白肉的便當
晚餐:大致上跟中午差不多
其他:大概一天一顆芭樂,然後喝水量大概1500-2000
日常作息時間:最晚不超過1點睡,早上大概七八點起床
生活型態:住宿的大學生
運動習慣:最近一個禮拜有五天會去騎飛輪,一次大約40-60分鐘。阻力13-14
重訓的話目前一個禮拜大概兩天,一次將近一小時。
一周有兩個晚上會打籃球
我的問題:
因為是外宿的生活,在吃的方面沒辦法像在家自己處理,大部分都是外食,
在食物的選擇上其實不多,不知道這樣吃洽不洽當?然後因為我暑假吃得很不節制,
體重就直線上升,最近朋友和我約定希望12月底前彼此都要瘦掉五公斤,所以我希望
可以利用飲食控制加運動健康的瘦下來。不知道這樣有可能嗎?還是時間應該要再拉長?
或是運動量再多一點呢?
