持續運動20分鐘以上,身體開始顯著燃燒脂肪。
這句話為前提的話,是請我們運動30分鐘以上
可是小弟目前在努力下降體脂肪
遇到了些迷思,希望板上各位大大能解惑一下
以同樣跑三千為例子
小弟可以再約略15分鐘上下跑完三千
也可以3千跑個30分鐘
可是套回前面前提
那我跑比較快不就跑心酸的
雖然可能消耗熱量相同,
可是跑比較快的就是只會消耗碳水化合物
那我還不如慢慢走走到20分鐘後(滿足持續運動條件)
開始全力衝刺10分鐘,那這樣跑比較快真的沒有用處嗎?
請不要再叫我多跑,因為小弟喜歡以三千當做指標(純粹個人喜好)
一個禮拜有五天都跑(這樣運動量不小了+外加有每天些微重訓)
請問,以三千為基底,我該如何去跑他?
(慢慢跑真得很不舒服,明明可以快點結束的目標)
請各位大大解惑一下
