如何讓自已體重增加呢? 救命啊~ - 健身

小弟我目前182cm/63kg,想要增加自己的體重,尤其是上半身~
除了買衣服不好買~ 穿衣服不好看~ 常常被說弱不經風~
爬了許多文章~ 喝高蛋白奶粉、重訓…等等~
但是由於平常下班回到家就七點半了~ 要出門去跑步作運動天都黑了~
單單假日兩天好像狂作運動也沒啥用~
若自已在家裡能作那些運動、重訓或是配合吃些喝些什麼東西~才能讓自已
的體重增加呢? 像高蛋白奶粉、純乳清、消化酵素…等等的
有哪些品牌?在哪邊買的到? 要如何運動並搭配的吃?
有經驗的大哥們可以提供給我一些建議嗎?
