我的健身年齡約八個月

這個是我昨天剛錄的戰繩影片
想請問大家目前我的菜單大概是一個禮拜練三到四次
分為胸、背、手(三角為主,二頭就用戰繩,三頭少練)、下半身(腿跟屁股)
六日也都會去各跑個10km
目前遇到的問題就是臥推的重量又卡住了
之前臥推大概可以最大重量到60 但是肺炎一個月沒去大概50就不行了
請問如何要持續提高臥推重量?增重?
我在體態上有點過瘦,若是想增重要如何健康的增重(多吃雞胸肉?),很想讓自己看起來

目前飲食大概都是早餐(包子or蛋餅配豆漿)午餐(員工餐廳)正常吃,晚餐都不吃澱粉只吃
媽媽準備的雞胸肉便當(裡面有青菜),,重訓前後各喝一杯高蛋白,在飲食上如何調整?
