我想問的是,
沒吃超過基代很容易燒肌,
那如果晚上重訓完,
你發現自己還沒吃超過基礎代謝率,
那你會去把這剩下的熱量補齊嗎?
(當然不會去吃什麼很油的東西)
還是就補充預期的蛋白質量就算了?
