小弟同樣身為減重的朋友
雖然減的不是很積極
但也算一步一步
一星期至少也會跑個4天 一次8公里左右
因為白天上課晚上也補習
健身房能去的時間也是一星期一次
因為運動
食慾相對減少 (雖然荷包還是很少...怎麼北部東西都貴到炸...)
然這上禮拜颱風加上情場因素...怠惰了快兩個禮拜
這兩個禮拜過後今天跑了健身房
照了鏡子
整身子小了一個SIZE...
直至上個月都還很挺的胸部
整個不見掉了!!!!!!!
手邊沒圖可看還望請見諒
我胸部本來是練到穿衣服可以繃起來,上胸肌有弧度那樣
但到了今天卻整個平.....很平....
讓朋友比較,他們也都相對的傻眼
誰都搞不清楚怎麼回事了 囧
請問有人能大概解讀一下嘛????
