如題啦
但我想要問的是,有人說過有氧運動會讓肌肉消失
所以最好一天不要同時做有氧運動然後有做重訓或伏地挺身仰臥起坐之類的
但為何會有這種說法?
還是其實根本沒有差
希望有健身達人出面解釋一下吧
有氧運動太重要了(預防身體老化)
但身體的肌肉也很重要啊
我想要兩者兼顧說
有沒有人能夠解答我的疑惑呀
