如果要"減重" 是否不要運動會比較好? - 減肥

注意Fitness版已經有一段時間
文章我也都有再看 精華區也都有在翻
但是我發現 大部份的文章都是在講"減肥"
好像比較少人在講"減重"
請問我如果要"減重"的話
是不是不要運動 光靠飲食控制就好?
因為從開始"減重"到現在
就是飲食控制+運動
但是發現體重掉很慢 體脂肪倒是掉很快@@"
其實我也希望體脂肪掉下來
但是發現我這樣子根本是在"減肥"不是在"減重"
目前的體脂肪已經<15%了
所以希望保持這樣的體脂肪
而且我比較關心的是體重數字不是體脂肪
重點在想要減輕體重
所以我體脂肪跟肌肉都要減
那如果這樣的話是不是只能用飲食控制啊?(靠每天熱量固定在1600大卡左右)
一直慢跑發現小腿越來越健壯了
我也知道這樣其實沒甚麼不好
但是我就是希望能夠"減重"
