試過一個月
每天幾乎都喝200ml的量
但是對於隔天體重幾乎無影響
唯一有可能影響
就是喝酒有配東西吃
東西的熱量會反應在體重上面
如我完全只喝酒
(200ml之內)
試幾乎不影響體重的
內臟脂肪也不會增加
供大家參考
