媽媽們可以跳的有氧影片 - 健身

媽媽年齡約五十左右,大概從生了我們後就再也沒認真運動過
想說之後有比較長的時間待在家裡,也想跳跳有氧
目前爬文大部分都算是激烈會爆汗的,
但我想媽媽長期沒運動不大適合跳,
而我自己接觸這個版兩三個月,目前還在跳kitty老師三部曲
(youtube找到三部完整50分鐘左右的,循序漸進慢慢跳)
想法是鄭多燕的小紅帽開始,遇到後面蹲下部分改為站姿,
之後再跳跳kitty的,有要跳躍或是注意膝蓋部分改為原地踏步
不知道版友有沒有建議或影片可分享?
以及需要注意的地方
如果要教媽媽深蹲就直接照影片做下去即可嗎?

ps.阿母想說在家裡不怕風吹雨淋又方便
