我對於減肥已經抗戰多年, 節食、運動都失敗
我身高170, 之前體脂31-32%, 體重一直在65-70公斤徘徊, 即使瘦下來一點也很短暫
今年初開始採用新方式, 就是飲食習慣的調整, 沒有特別激烈或特別多的運動
一周運動3次, 趁午休上健身房用跑步機有氧40分鐘
飲食則是盡量避免肉類, 改以魚類與蔬果五穀雜糧為主
食量節制不再猛吃到撐, 約八九分飽即止, 讓大腦有時間接收到'飽了'的資訊
日常生活中也是會吃甜食、聚餐外食、喝星巴克等, 完全沒餓到
飲食中最大的改變就是我買了榨汁機與vitamix, 所以每天都會喝蔬果汁
vitamix真是好物, 我還自製各種堅果類的醬, 花生、胡桃、核桃等等
避免吃冷凍加工食品, 裡面有太多對身體有害的物質
目前體重約60公斤 體脂肪約 27%左右
歸結下來, 我覺得應該是飲食排毒讓我的身體慢慢回歸到弱鹼的狀態
我真的覺得的生機飲食對身體有非常大的助益
而且我喝蔬果汁還喝上癮, 真的非常好喝
目前體重卡在60公斤也大概約1個月了, 我可能還是得加強運動量
但是只是改變飲食習慣就能讓我回到10年不見的60公斤, 真的讓我很開心
