最近媽媽跟我聊起
說覺得自己腳很細 (絕對不是炫耀)
也感覺雙腳沒甚麼力氣
常常走沒幾下或站沒多久就痠
也感嘆說 年紀大了 勢必腳也會漸漸退化
她說最近考慮要開始鍛鍊腳力
讓自己老了也能四處趴趴走
例如騎騎腳踏車之類的
還問我有沒有甚麼好辦法
做女兒的聽在心裡自然有點難過
我媽媽平時非常忙碌 (做心理諮商的志工)
很清楚她不太可能有時間出去騎腳踏車
況且我家附近也沒甚麼地方給她騎
附近大馬路車子太多很恐怖 我不放心
所以我想買台能夠放在家裡的健身器材
目前我相中X-bike跟一般的踏步機
但不知道哪種比較適合有年紀的人使用
比較不會傷膝蓋
然後方便收納 and 價錢不會太貴 (我才剛出社會沒啥$$..)
