請問孤立運動什麼時候做比較好
我練臥推之前會先做飛鳥 因為我怕三頭會先沒力
但是有人跟我說孤立運動先做會沒辦法做大重量
做完大重量之後再做孤立
先孤立跟後孤立的差別在哪呢?
