唉~~大嘆一口氣
想問問大家 上禮拜身高164 體重49
想說利用生理期後一周來減肥
經過一個禮拜的訓練一天攝取1100~1200大卡,然後實施中度運動
就一個禮拜騎三次單車 總公里數為27公里以上
奇怪....我今天量體重我大驚!!變50!!!!胖1公斤
我原本是想瘦1~2公斤讓身材不要肉鬆肉鬆的
奇怪 我的減肥計畫到底出了什麼問題?
怎麼越減越胖 我白天都攝取低熱量高纖的蔬菜水果或者全麥饅頭
水份的攝取也很正常 晚上是吃便當類(想當然油份熱量比較高)
但也吃不完 會剩一些
但吃之前會服用我的健康日記 吃完會跑去大騎腳踏車(小緩坡路段)
排便正常 作息是不正常拉!因為如果要去運動睡覺時間就會往後挪
大概就兩點睡 十點起床
腿是變得很細但.....體重變重了
會不會是喝太多白開水造成?
應該不可能騎個腳踏車就增加肌肉呀!
這樣體重變重蠻奇怪的
想請教各位前輩 我的方法有誤嗎?
實在覺得很擔心 3月份才47現在已經50了
原本47公斤時買的褲子都很緊很緊很緊 我不想重新買褲子拉!嗚
