室內運動 - 健身

之前在國外工作,氣候穩定
下班都會去快走一小時
現在回來台灣,下班時間不穩定
氣候也不穩定
想請問室內的有氧運動哪種比較有效
鄭多燕不行,客廳位置不夠
目前有一台室內腳踏車可用
在考慮是不是添購滑步或是登階
以有氧來說,哪個會比較適合呢
