容易餓又容易飽 - 健身

老實說以前愛上跑步所以瘦的很健康
但之後一陣子沒運動又馬上胖回來
身高163,前陣子比較胖,現在又一直大概60
我是個美食主義者,所以很容易忽胖忽瘦的
有時有想吃的東西,就會吃,甚至吃超過一天所需的熱量
有時沒有想吃的東西,就不會吃
(心裡總想者不想吃就不要吃好了,別浪費我的胃)
現在變得容易餓又容易飽,不曉得該如何是好
有時買個便當想說要正常吃,吃幾口又不想吃了(好難搞><)
從小就三餐不正常,每次下午才開始吃早餐和中餐
三餐正常吃卻會肚子痛....................
請問各位利害的板友們,我該如何是好呢?
還是要吃些什麼來調整?
