實在沒辦法愛上有氧 - 健身

肥魯妹我因為科系的關係原本就有運動習慣
不過很不固定有時候一個禮拜每天都在動
有時候一個禮拜可能只有兩三天有運動
然後強度也很不固定
大部分都是打籃球之類的無氧間歇或是上工作室核心團課為主
沒有什麼重訓也不太做長時間有氧
在沒有良好的運動規劃之下
導致我體能比一般的人好
但其實體脂肪率很高
在過年胖太多這個契機之下
三月加入高雄的健身工廠還買了教練課
現在的我正在致力於養成每週休1到2天
並且有規劃的運動
不過現在遇到了一個問題
教練每次上完課都會叫我去做有氧
但我每次都覺得做有氧好累啊
長時間只能做同樣的事情
心律又要控制在75~85%(一開始是設定65%但教練覺得對我來說強度不夠)
想問一下各位巨巨們到底是怎麼喜歡或是撐下去做有氧這件事
每次逼著自己做 感覺永遠都不會愛上啊~
