女生體脂要降到多少才會沒有小腹贅肉? - 健身

我是女生 34歲
沒生過小孩
2年前才開始運動和調整飲食 (少澱粉避開糖)
當時肌肉率 24-25% 體脂 28-29%
現在肌肉率 27% 體脂 20% (在某些時候 例如月經前 可以測到18-19%)
(以上是用歐姆龍的量的)
我以為女生這樣的體脂已經還不錯了
可是小腹和側腹和臀部還是有鬆鬆的脂肪
我站挺的時候可以有腹部肌肉線條
可是側彎時腰間會擠出皺皺的肉
坐著前彎和側彎 更明顯
小腹和腰側的贅肉可以擠出會有好幾層
但都是皺皺鬆鬆的
跟兩年前厚厚的脂肪不太一樣
可是這樣覺得不好看
我想請問
體脂如果繼續降 可以改善嗎?
還是這其實是皮膚組織失去彈性了的狀況
反而體脂要高一點讓膠原蛋白形成 (有這種說法嗎?)
另外不滿意的還有臀部的狀況 也是鬆鬆的脂肪
練臀部和腿部肌肉會改善嗎?
