今天在facebook牆上看到這個新聞,
總之內容是在講美國一個為BMI超標者設計的減肥實境節目The Biggest Loser,
剪掉最多體重的人就可以贏得冠軍和獎金。
Ali在2008年的時候參與這個節目,減掉112磅(約51公斤)而成為贏家,
她從234磅(約106公斤)變成122磅(約55公斤),經歷許多汗水跟淚水,
但從最近的影片她說,她已經幾乎回到減重前的體重。
而且因為身為贏家變成她的心魔,她覺得她已經變得不像自己,
最後開始躲起來,躲避人群,避開眾人的眼光。
在這裡跟大家分享這個新聞只是最近也有深刻的體悟,
真正困難並不在減掉了多少體重,而是維持那個體態。
以前也曾經傻傻地用仙女餐減肥法減重,體重當然瞬間掉了下來很讓人興奮,
但是不過多久又馬上反彈回來。
後來慢慢接觸到養成健康的飲食習慣、運動習慣,
找到一個自己不那麼討厭的生活才是長久保持的重點。
所以我之前看到羞粉在執行「xx天不喝飲料挑戰」就覺得這個活動很無聊,
如果你真的那麼喜歡喝珍珠奶茶,一直壓抑不喝,
還每天提醒自己 喔這是我第20天沒喝了!再忍耐10天就好了!
那在30天之後就真的會「戒掉」這個習慣嗎?
所以我個人的邏輯是與其說「戒掉」,還不如找到一個讓自己開心的替代方案,
比如說想吃甜食的時候就吃顆蘋果,真的想吃偶一為之也無妨。
太極端的行動都無益於長久維持,
我也曾經著了魔似的每天跑5k+和肌力,晚餐就吃蔬菜加冬粉,
成果很驚人,大家也都說我怎麼瘦了一圈,線條也變得很明顯,
但是一旦鬆懈下來就很難繼續維持。
現在找到一個自己喜歡的飲食方式,不刻意少吃,但多吃好食物,
可以自己下廚就自己下廚,偶爾也會烤個餅乾烤個蛋糕,
想吃甜的就吃水果,想喝飲料就喝沒有糖沒有化學添加物的,
吃久了,反而覺得外面的食物調味太重太油膩,
而且澱粉的比例佔得太高。
有時候在外面繞了一圈還是沒看到想吃的,最後反而到超市去買菜回家自己煮。
假日到了就會想要往外跑,去看看風景,

有時候健康的生活重點不是自己看起來多好看,而是喜歡自己跟自己的生活,
Not to look strong, but to feel strong.
現在的我還是在繼續為了夏天的身材努力,希望與版上的各位共勉之。
