到今天晚上量體重50.9,不知道這樣的成果還要修改哪邊
會這樣問是因為我還是有便秘的問題,除了星期一吃了船井醫生
試用包一天上了三次廁所,之後這幾天,都只上了一點點..
.
我也蠻認真喝水的,不知道為什麼
