由於上面P大開的團已經額滿二十個人了!!!!!!
我沒有跟上 所以我只好自己跳出來開了 T______T
規則其實跟P大差不多
目標是5~10(15或更多也可以啦)
減肥方式要用健康的方式~ 也就是飲食控制和運動
然後第一篇要記得介紹一下自己
並說自己的身高體重和期望預計目標~
最重要的是要上來po文(飲食和運動)
連續一個禮拜沒po文一樣會被退團~~
這很重要的!!!!!!!!!
所以有意者 推文給fb的或寄信給我
大家一起加油吧 :)
