如題~~~~
原本我從一些網路情報看來的消息是說,
慢跑30分後在做其它運動可以有更好的效果。
但是爬板上的一些文章後,又有提到.....
最好先做重訓再做跑步。
???????
有點搞不太瞭了,有人能幫小弟解惑一下嗎?
