我該如何運動~ - 美體

現在幾乎每天都在打工
如果整天打工的話
就是十一點 跟下午四點半會吃飯
然後每天就睡到九點半起床 十點半上班
中間有空班大概一小時多左右
假日的話 晚餐就變成四點吃飯
四點半上班
這樣幾乎天天都吃兩餐
然後晚上十點多下班 就會跟大家一起吃消夜
然後就會超級晚睡
一直想要瘦 可是 如果依這樣的生活作息
根本沒時間運動
休假的時候又會累
最多只有每天洗澡完多按摩
想請問大家有沒有甚麼建議....
我不想要胖>M<
