最近疫情舒緩後,終於可以回到WG健身了
然後健身的時候跟練友聊到現在疫情的情況
聊了很多,發現大家最害怕的其實還是死亡
如果被傳染但不會死,那大家就不會這麼害怕了吧?
所以回歸到最根本的問題,其實還是自我免疫力能力啊

如果有規律的運動習慣來提高免疫力,降低確診死亡的機率
或許就不會這麼怕了,Delta病毒雖然已經被控制住了
但真的難說什麼時候又來個Alpha、Beta的@@
到時候又要各種不能出門、不能到健身房、不能聚會…
保持社交距離外,覺得還是多運動增加免疫力實在
因為現在看來今後只能秉持著與病毒共存的想法來生活了
大家覺得呢?如果全民運動增加免疫力
有沒有機率產生集體免疫力或是降低死亡率?
或是提升疫苗涵蓋率,情況應該會好很多吧?
