三餐內容
早餐:一個蘋果配無糖優格100ml=60+80=140 kcal
3平匙麥片加沖泡包=75+120=195 kcal
一片起司 60 kcal
早餐總計熱量 約400 kcal
早點: 一個黃金奇異果+一瓶小7 無糖豆漿=40+158約200kcal
午餐: 一大盒燙青菜+和風沙拉醬或醬油=80 kcal
一個小漢堡大小的無糖低油裸麥麵包或1/4 個大約翰麵包 (粗估)250 kcal
一個水果(常吃蘋果水梨跟芭樂)= 60 kcal
午餐總計熱量 約550 kcal
晚餐:1.若晚上有跳有氧則為 1個拳頭大烤地瓜+一個蘋果配無糖優格(140 kcal)
2.平日晚餐
一大盒燙青菜+和風沙拉醬或醬油=80 kcal
蛋白質(以下擇一):兩片濕豆皮沾清醬油
一支自煮雞棒棒腿或巴掌大雞胸(水煮,煮湯或滷)
巴掌大鮭魚或鯛魚片煮味噌湯
1~2個零卡果凍止嘴饞
水分攝取
1.早上2杯450 cc黑咖啡加代糖
2.下午1000 cc 檸檬水 或無糖烏龍茶
3.晚上500-800 cc 無糖茶
日常作息時間:(睡眠、工作、...等時間)
11點半睡,五點~五點半(假日最晚6點)起床,因為容易緊張睡眠品質不佳...
中午不午睡晚上才能睡得安穩一點
早上6點吃早餐
中午12點午餐
下午5點最晚6點半晚餐
沒有吃點心的習慣,只有晚飯後會含話梅(最多5顆)緩和腸胃不適
生活型態:(上班族、學生、體力工作者、運動員、...)
會一直走動(每日至少5000步以上)的治療師
運動習慣:(有氧運動請「務必」寫明心跳數、時間長短)
一個禮拜運動五天以上
周一午餐前後都會騎固定式腳踏車 都至少30分鐘(強度較低 HR約120-130)
晚上跳拳擊有氧,心跳130 UP
周二周四 早上騎x-bike 45-50 分鐘 阻力4 轉速32-35 心跳130-140
午餐後騎固定式腳踏車 至少30分鐘(強度較低 HR約120-130)
周三周五( 以下擇一)
1.午餐後騎固定式腳踏車 至少30分鐘(強度較低 HR約120-130)
晚上8點半下班後 快走40-50分 心跳130 UP 或 x-bike 45-70 分 阻力4
轉速32-35 心跳130-140
2.快走60-70 分 心跳130 UP
周六日(以下擇一)
1.快走60-70 分 速度 6 坡度5 心跳130 UP
2.快走30分速度 6 坡度5 + 慢跑30分 速度8.5 心跳130 UP
沒有辦法跑太久...膝蓋操壞了
3.x-bike 60-70 分 阻力4 轉速32-35 心跳130-140
睡前 做輕微肌力訓練 (腹肌與大腿) 與皮拉提斯伸展
我的問題:(請將您主要的疑問陳述於此)
1.從6 月中旬 開始認真減重,體重跟體脂肪從58/23降至並維持在56~57/21~22之間就紋風
不動開始覺得力不從心,想大哭
2.容易水腫,體重差距可達2公斤(尤其是前一天晚上吃的略鹹的時候)
例如地雷食物已知:乾滷味雞肝與螺肉
3.三餐是不是吃得太多?我非常擔心這一點
總覺得早餐可以吃多一點,這樣的早餐覺得很幸福,晚餐的零卡果凍滿足想吃甜食的果凍
之前曾經採用極度極端之無澱粉減肥法,害怕以後無法受孕才開始慢慢吃澱粉
卻對體重的增加感到無能為力與絕望
4.希望能在11月底生日之前減重10kg,跪求大家幫我修改菜單
