小弟我重訓也將近半年的時間
最近體脂肪也從20下降到18
身體的線條也較明顯了
但還是無法到達結實的程度
另外我在坐臥推時重量無法推很重頂多15LB而已
要如何加強?是要低強度高次數?還是高強度低次數啊?
