藝人小甜甜近來積極減肥,瘦身有成的他經常在臉書大曬火辣照,原本圓潤的身材也從XL
變到S,更擁有令人羨慕到不行的尖下八,以及堪稱細的雙腿,他也在節目中大方分享,
「競走」就是他的鏟肉秘訣,甚至吃飯也要嚴守「湯、菜、肉、飯」的順序,持之以恆下
來,讓他一度3天就瘦下3公斤。
小甜甜日前上于美人的《國民大會》,節目中他分享這幾年來整理出來的減肥心得,他坦
言之前只想快速瘦身,在不正確的觀念下,確實有瘦也瘦得很快,但相對的更容易復胖。
現在他調整作息,三餐正常吃,並強調早餐非常重要一定要吃,晚餐則是控制在8點以前
吃完。
而除了調整飲食外,小甜甜每週也要求自己上健身房2、3次,更推薦想瘦的人可以利用「
競走」瘦身,但不是單單走路,而是一定要夾屁股、挺胸縮小腹,如此一來才能達到瘦身
的效果,他也以自身的經驗證明,走路的姿勢如果正確,對於減肥會有一定正向的幫助。
