最近開始練柔軟度 腳挺直 盡可能雙手摸地
練了一段時間後發現 手腳出現麻 刺痛
上網查 似乎是有壓迫到神經 椎間盤突出
後來暫停快一個禮拜 麻 刺痛的情況改善許多
想問的是 如何正確練柔軟度 又不會造成傷害
