以前減肥觀念一直很錯誤
但也不知道那些觀念是哪來的( ′-`)y-~
今天突然發現原來就是媒體很喜歡報導藝人錯誤的減肥方式(拍桌宣布破案)
而報導中絲毫沒有請專家導正錯誤的觀念
讀者閱讀很容易被誤導認為那樣是正確的
本篇還是從兩位醫生娘的口中說出,一般觀眾應該會覺得很有說服力吧

「說到控制熱量,我覺得一點也不難,只要上網下載便利商店的食物熱量表,嚴格控制三
餐熱量就會瘦,像佩甄就控制每天的熱量只有500大卡,而且下午五點之後就不進食,瘦得
特別快。
500卡能吃什麼?早上大概只能喝一小罐優酪乳、吃個小飯團,優酪乳90卡,飯團如果是
肉鬆就不能吃,鮪魚的還好,只有120卡,中餐吃便當,就只能吃一半,剩下的幾十卡熱
量就吃一點水果,像櫻桃,就只吃兩顆!」
