運動的迷思 - 減肥

小弟我今年27歲,有運動習慣應該是從出生到現在沒停止過
從國中開始,高中,大學我每天幾乎都會去打籃球,一打就是3小時以上
但問題來了,我前年當兵(25歲)使用節食減肥法,完全不吃澱粉八個月,
爆瘦8公斤,但身體壞了,當完兵到現在又回到以前的重量

這是三年前的我,我目前也是這樣 (以前很幼稚抱歉
一年前我進入設計,每天都在辦公室
問題來了,我本身就有打籃球的習慣,但體重一值降不下來
一個半月前我參考板上很多大哥大姊的意見,加入慢跑有氧
目前我的生活大約是:5點半拿啞鈴熱身30P練練二頭肩膀還有拉筋熱身
6點打籃球到7點半,在慢跑半小時 時速約8.5KM/H
回到家再小重訓啞玲半小時
吃的方面也刻意減少,但超過基代一咪咪
早餐:吃早餐店的蛋餅
中餐:公司合菜 飯150g 兩份肉 兩份菜 兩碗湯
晚餐:吃我阿母煮的 但量跟中餐接近 (我食量變很小,我都吃到8分飽這樣
重點來了,我怎麼都瘦不下去,雖然肚子有稍稍變小肌肉成形,
但我的體重也太重了,我在想會不會是年紀慢慢開始變大的原因呢? (27歲)
會不會是身體習慣以前高強度的運動 ex:籃球4小時以上
所以導致現在強度變小,所以變胖呢?
