小空間轟菌尋求建議 - 健身

各位好,小的在家自主健身將近一年了
目前設備僅有70Kg包膠啞鈴組、臥推椅、152cm長槓
打算添購槓鈴架與鋪設地墊
但礙於房間真的是有夠小,所以上來希望各位給我意見
房間位於透天厝頂樓,大小約兩坪
扣掉床鋪後可運用空間只有1.50*2.60*0.3,僅一坪!
且因為頂樓+西曬+無冷氣,夏天最高溫可達40度!
不過白天都不在,晚上才會上房間運動與睡覺,晚間約33度還算可接受。
不曉得這環境鋪設健身地墊是否合適?
一來是與睡覺同房,二來是會不會造成房間更悶熱呢?
第二個問題就是槓鈴架的挑選
礙於空間,就大概只能買這種款式吧?

還是這樣的空間能夠直接上,長1200mm、寬1250mm的大型架子呢?

迪卡儂那款,應該是沒辦法做深蹲的吧?
大架子那款價格跟功能都蠻吸引我的...但如果不適合也沒辦法...
