小肌群單邊訓練兩手差很多 - 健身

各位巨巨好
之前量INBODY 發現兩邊有些差異
後來都盡量用單邊訓練
槓鈴臥推跟划船都改啞鈴
實際操作一段時間後
發現大肌群胸背的臥推划船等等
左右手兩邊的次數沒什麼差
但是像三頭 二頭 三角這種 次數就差蠻多的
同樣重量做 左右手大概會差四下以上
這是說明我失衡的是手臂 不是大肌群嗎?
