現在都只用啞鈴訓練
練臥推、硬舉都是一個動作用4組12次
三角肌、二頭和三頭是5組15次
但是感覺蠻花時間的
請問小肌群也是用12次,會影響肌肉成長嗎?
或是維持15次比較好?
