無碳日(或生酮)熱量不夠怎麼吃? - 健身

如題,小弟外食族現在正在吃碳循環增肌,吃的東西都有過秤用fitnesspal紀錄
效果不錯,肌肉量增加,體脂也有下降
高碳日低碳日都吃的到足夠熱量,體重緩慢增加(很慢)
但是可能是因為都是買健康自助餐,東西普遍油脂少
很常蛋白質吃得克數足夠但總體熱量沒達到,導致體重沒有變化
比方說我會吃雞腿、鮭魚、乳清、全蛋、杏仁果、酪梨,前四項有時候就讓蛋白質量衝到足夠了,可是因為都沒碳水導致脂肪熱量不足
想問各位巨巨,我該準備油淋在健康餐上面嗎?
不然各位增肌期的無碳日到底怎麼吃熱量才夠?健康餐不含碳水的熱量有夠低,可以直接加油嗎?
PS:堅果跟酪梨都有吃,但是實際嘗試一天下來還是脂肪會不足
堅果我吃杏仁果居多,一天約300卡,但還是蠻不夠的,畢竟缺的都用杏仁果補有點傷荷包
酪梨脂肪比例高,但熱量其實還好,無碳日一天一顆很飽足,真的沒辦法一天兩顆
我體重約72,目前熱量目標訂在2870卡
