剛看一下
很多人說瘦小腹要做有氧
可是小弟我172/65kg
人算瘦,就是有點小腹
有氧應該會消脂
那會不會連其它地方也消了呢?
我有在網路上看到什麼
"靜力壓縮或肌肉內拉"
方法是:
用兩肘與腳趾稱地
脊椎保持一直線(應該是從頭到腳)
然後將肚臍往脊椎方向拉
保持這姿勢到無法支撐為止
每天做會隨著時間增加效果會越來越快
請這個會有用嗎?
如果配合曲腹運動(仰臥起坐)
這樣可以同時消小腹又練腹肌嗎?
還是要先消小腹再去練腹肌呢?
