小弟跑步(跑步機)大約七個月,一週2~3次,近一兩個月大概每次8公里(44分鐘左右)
可是最近一兩個月,小腿內側與脛骨交接的肌肉(主要是小腿中、下段的地方)、
腳掌與拇指連接的那一塊骨頭(蹠骨)以及脛骨都會痛(按壓時),
嚴重的時候連走路都很痛,且覺得疼痛的地方有點腫脹感,
詢問過中醫與健身房教練,
都有提到需要休息且這種情況嚴重時,還可能導致壓力性骨折。
我這兩週暫時休息沒跑,不過仍然沒有完全恢復,也許還要休息更久的時間?!
想詢問有沒有版友有類似的經驗?
針對小腿做些重量訓練是否能改善呢?
還是跟跑步姿勢或跑步機比較有關係?
