小腿突出的一塊? - 減肥

因為有人問我所以我順道把運動方式補上來,參考參考^^"
我從四月開始減肥(之前有文章可搜尋),
天天騎X-BIKE40~50分鐘不間斷,強度4(轉速心跳沒有測..),可是會盡量騎快那種,
早餐泡桂格燕麥片(5~7匙),其他兩餐外食,不忌諱(我還蠻愛吃的...),餐後有水果會吃,
我不愛吃甜食,不喜歡喝飲料所以還好,可是很愛吃炸的,
所以如果除了三餐有額外吃炸的那幾天會增加運動時間到1個小時,
不吃宵夜(減肥比較順利),多喝水(感覺消化會比較好(?)),
另外我腿圍還是有變小,沒有因為運動而變粗,可是形狀大概是天生的吧...>"<
也可能跟我沒拉筋有關(?),最近的運動方式改為跳鄭多燕+xbike輪替了,
希望效果會比較好,大概就這樣吧^^

我在這個版看一段時間了,快一年多有了吧!
也曾經發過文,遵循板上的意見,天天運動40分鐘(騎xbike),平常正常吃,
不間斷(除了暑假兩個月有比較怠惰^^")半年多了,
也有成功的瘦了一點,到現在我身高162,體重48,(體脂肪好久沒量了,四個月前是是21~22%)
但是現在讓我困擾的是小腿>"<
跟整隻腿比起來,小腿有突出一塊看起來就是很怪,
我的目標是有直直的小腿~~>"<
也爬了很多文,可是真的不會分辨脂肪跟肌肉的長相差在哪?
可不可以幫我鑑定一下我的小腿到底是有救嗎???
(如果是脂肪型還可以消,肌肉型的話要怎麼辦阿!!)
