長年愛看小腿的觀察心得....
狀況一: 下肢循環不良
簡單說就是水腫
1.膝蓋後窩有沒有氣節 --> 淋巴循環
*人體主要淋巴 頸 腋下 鼠蹊 膝蓋 負責淋巴細胞的輸出與回收
現代人常久坐普遍下肢都有淋巴循環不良
多做前彎與下犬式
注意勿過度頂後膝會傷及半月盤
2.大腿外側連接骨盆處有沒有水腫情況 --> 膽經線循環
3.勾腳板無法大於90度 --> 腿後側肌群(比目魚 排腸肌等)離心收縮不強
* 大魚還是小魚 得看你哪裡比較腫 XDD
看前彎(外側)與對角式(內側)
那個動作做得比較差
狀況二: 走路肌肉施力不均
本來是整雙腳運動的走路
多半靠小腿肌運行
1.膝蓋內側脂肪較厚 --> 走路少用到大腿內側收縮肌群
2.腳板外側長繭多於內側 --> 腳底肌群特別是大拇指調控的內側肌力量不足
足弓弧度變小
狀況三: 天生骨骼
人類是經過演化成為直立動物
要站得好好的, 骨骼質量分佈重心不能太高
1.腳板大拇指到小指的寬度大於常人許多
2.膝蓋骨向外偏斜
3.小腿脛骨較大支
我稱這樣體格的人作 戰士
遙想古代作戰 是得比誰丟石頭擲矛最遠
雙腿強健下盤穩的人可是前鋒呢
看看古希臘羅馬的戰士雕像都擁有粗壯的小腿
社會人格學是認為這樣的人格具有腳踏實地特質
五行中的土相人
個性上比較陽光 正向 有毅力
