作者是號稱日本名醫 岡本裕 醫師
裡面的第一點及第四點跟我認知的差異實在很大
第一點:不建議劇烈的運動
照裡面的說法,大概只有走路才行
尤其是廣為人知的慢跑反而非常不建議
擷取重點2句:
跑步這種行為,等於是自己讓身體遭受到缺氧和活性氧的雙重打擊。
若想透過運動來改善健康,走路就非常足夠了。
第四點:不要吃太多
裡面建議的每日熱量攝取公式:體重*25 (大卡)
比如我70kg的話,每日建議攝取1750大卡
也太少了吧....就算不運動的人吃這樣的熱量都很餓了
而且沒有分男/女來界定嗎?
另外第三點建議少吃動物性蛋白質跟健身者的理論也相違背
不過這裡不是健身版就不多討論
一、四這兩點跟我所認知的多動、多吃(至少高於基代200~300大卡)完全是背道而行
但作者的資歷讓我很納悶為什麼他會有這樣的結論....
日本人的sense好像都滿奇特的 囧
