少量多餐用乳清來補足可以嗎 - 健身

小弟是個新新手
在板上爬文後得到一個觀念
人每餐只能吸收約30g蛋白質,所以最好能少量多餐
一天最好可以吃6餐
但是實際上每次都會忘記
而且學校賣的東西都差不多 不想吃差不多的東西6餐
就想說如果3餐正常,中間間隔用乳清來補足6餐
這個方法對增加肌肉來說可行嗎?
當然前題是有固定在訓練
