一直以來我的尾椎就相當的突出,就算屁股變胖、下垂,也依然很容易就可摸到....
尤其是屁股縫頂端那邊,害我不太能坐在浴缸裡(因為頂到會痛)
一直以來市覺得沒什麼大不了的,直到我昨天做了鄭姊多燕的墊上運動.....

從9:35那邊開始的動作
那根本就是要我坐在我的尾椎上動作啊!!!!
而且超扯的,我的屁股縫頂端竟因此磨到起水泡!!!!可是我明明是坐在瑜伽墊上
是我的姿勢有錯誤嗎?
