體能下降 - 健身

大家好,
我身高163CM 72KG 27歲女生,
每週傍晚5點半左右,跑步2-3天,每次約60-70分鐘,時速約6公里。
持續這樣的運動習慣約一年了,都是跑300公尺左右的高中操場最外圈跑道。
基本上每次都可以跑個11-13圈,然後休息五分鐘左右再繼續跑7-10圈,盡量每次都跑到
21圈。只是這兩個禮拜,每次只跑到5.6圈左右就好像喘不過氣了,腳步很沉,即使很想撐
下去,但是實在沒辦法,得停下來。喝個水,約休息3-5分鐘再跑,可是最多也只能跑3圈
常常都只跑一、兩圈就又停下來了。
本來我以為是太陽太大的原因,後來會等陽光比較柔和之後,再繼續跑,但是情況並沒有
比較好。所以不得已我只能先盡量跑5.6圈,再來就只能跑一圈走一圈,盡力完成19圈,
但是這樣要花一個半小時以上,常常會超過操場開放時間。
不知道可否幫我看看體能在短時間大幅度下降大多是什麼原因?
又該如何解決這個狀況呢?
(體重約72-73間移走,體脂多半是35-36之間,跟以前變化不大。)
