屁股下緣 - 健身

我以前算是翹屁股 ,但這一年感覺屁股下緣很鬆散,第一次知道什麼是褲子撐不起來 ,請問那塊肉是胖了脂肪有重量往下掉還是屁股中的肌肉不夠所以肉撐不起來呀,平常除了練深蹲,還有什麼動作是可以加強屁股下緣往上呢?因爲常常深蹲怎麼覺得屁股越來越厚,但還是多了兩塊肉在屁股下緣。麻煩各位解答。
