重量提升卡住 請指點一下 - 健身

我自從各姿勢 重量有稍微上升之後
已經卡2個月了 沒再上升了 重量始終沒變
因為我哥也有在練 不算巨巨也不算弱弱 就問他...
他說真正練到 是手快舉不起來 回家痠痛....
我不夠勤奮
可是我除了健身房回來會些微痠痛 但是隔天就快沒感覺了
除非我一個多禮拜沒去健身房 才會痠痛久一點...
至於手沒有舉不起來的程度阿...練完還是有力量....
我爬很多文 都說酸痛不是重點....
我目前都是做一休一
胸腿->背手臂
這樣一直循環
飲食:早餐一杯牛奶 麵包 午餐:4菜一肉或3菜2肉 晚餐:在家吃 湯菜肉 都有
睡眠:大部分12點之後才睡 有時候12:30後才睡 早上8點起床(大部分7點30就有點醒了)
