躺滾筒啞鈴臥推10下,啞鈴輔助單腳羅馬尼亞硬舉8下-3組
彈力繩傳統硬舉8下,彈力繩窄伏地挺身8下-3組
三角式肩推6下,TRX三角式髖屈6下-3組
輔助:跑步擺手練習15秒,彈力繩腳背屈10下,彈力繩轉髖8下-2輪
