啞鈴高腳杯側弓步蹲12下,TRX水平拉8下-3組
啞鈴單腳橋式6下,彈力繩單手跪姿側划船8下-3組
輔助:
彈力繩臉拉8下,彈力繩蚌殼式6下,蹲姿提踵15秒-2輪
